Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to all FHR Soft apps for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by FHR Soft (collectively, the “Application”). FHR Soft is hereby referred to as the “Service Provider.”
This policy applies to the following apps published by FHR Soft on Google Play:
- Taka Income – টাকা ইনকাম
- Taka Income Pro – টাকা ইনকাম
- SohozTk – All Games
- KhelaGor – খেলা ঘর
- ইসলামিক কুইজ – Deni Quiz
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address
- The pages of the Application you visit, time and date of visit, time spent on those pages
- Your mobile operating system
- Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier used by AdMob to deliver and personalize ads)
- Crash logs and diagnostic data (via Firebase Crashlytics)
- App interaction and usage data (via Firebase Analytics)
Account Information
To use certain features, the Application requires you to create an account using email and password (via Firebase Authentication). When you create an account, we collect:
- Username
- Email address
- Phone number
This information is retained and used as described in this policy, and is required for the Application to function properly.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or ad delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
Advertising
The Application uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use your Advertising ID and other data to show personalized ads. AdMob uses Meta Audience Network (Facebook) as a mediation partner, meaning Meta may also receive your Advertising ID and device data to serve or measure ads through the AdMob mediation stack. You can opt out of ad personalization or reset your Advertising ID through your device’s Settings (Google Settings > Ads).
App Permissions
The Application requests the following device permissions:

| AD_ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) | Allows access to the Advertising ID for AdMob ad delivery and personalization |
None of these permissions are used to access sensitive personal data such as contacts, location, camera, or microphone.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at (fhrsoft@gmail.com)
Account and Data Deletion
If you created an account in the Application, you can request deletion of your account and associated data in either of these ways:

Upon a verified deletion request, the Service Provider will permanently delete your account and associated personal data from its systems within the timeframe required by applicable law, except where retention is required for legal compliance.
Account Policy
If any of our user break or don’t follow our rules we can ban or suspend those user account. if any one try to hack or try to break our app security we can take necessary legal action against those users. if you are not agree with our policy please do not create accounts on our apps.
If you delete any of our apps, your user data will be removed and any available ingame coins will be lost.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, contact the Service Provider at (fhrsoft@gmail.com).
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and its services. The Application uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:
- Google Play Services
- Google AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Firebase Authentication
- Meta Audience Network (Facebook)
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this policy.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
- Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling stops the Application from collecting data from your device but does not automatically delete information already transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Data Retention Policy
- User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law
- Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance
- Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you
- Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their servers. Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
App Rewords and Coin Policy
Some of our apps provide coins or rewords to users, those coins and rewords are only for in game use only or Player ranking purpose only. Coins and In Game Rewords are useless in real life. We will not Provide anything to any user for those Coins or Rewords.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, information about the nature of the breach and steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect. Previous versions are available on request at fhrsoft@gmail.com.

Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
